• October 12 -  NO SCHOOL- Columbus Day Observance 
• October 23-31 - Red Ribbon Week
• October 30 - End of Quarter 1
• October 31 - Happy Halloween!

 October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, it's a good time to "Think Pink" and share facts and information about breast cancer.  According to the American Cancer Society, early detection is the key; talk to your healthcare provider about your risks and what you can do to reduce them.
